What is a blog?

What is a blog? That is the question I've asked many times in the past. What a funny little word. I still don't fully understand, but I'm starting to feel a little left out! I truly only use the computer for email, myspace, and occasionally shopping. I've never been the type to venture into Celebrity gossip sites, blogs, or even important news websites. But I've decided to give this "blogging" a try. So, here goes!!
